South Paris provides access to several web-servers and methodologies dedicated to structural bioinformatics. A vast spectrum of approaches and expertise are proposed including structural prediction, protein docking, computational design and molecular dynamic simulations.

From the sequence of a protein of interest, our tools and expertise can be used to tackle a number of issues :
