Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)

Our NMR platform is dedicated to the structural and functional characterization of proteins at atomic resolution:

We provide expertise in:

  • protein structure determination, dynamics analysis, and interaction studies, including protein–protein, protein–peptide, and protein–nucleic acid complexes.
  • We also have expertise in using high-pressure NMR to study protein folding or identify binding pockets.
  • Finally, we offer NMR-based fragment screening and ligand validation to accelerate early-stage drug discovery and guide structure-based optimization.

The platform is equipped with:

  • 800 MHz Bruker Avance spectrometer: equipped with a 5mm cryogenic probe (triple-resonance proton detection, carbon, nitrogen).
  • 700 MHz Bruker Avance spectrometer: equipped with a 5mm cryogenic probe (triple-resonance proton detection, carbon, nitrogen).
  • High-pressure NMR: The spectrometers can be coupled to a high-pressure device, allowing sample pressure to be varied precisely from 0 to 3 kbar for all probes.
