The CBS provides access to a unique set of dedicated methodologies for structural bioinformatics. It is designed to provide detailed sequence-structure-function studies of proteins that have been identified as potential targets for structural biology studies. This now includes the detection of Short Linear Interaction motifs (SliMs) involved in protein-protein interactions through a recently developed tool, named SLiMAn (SLiM Analysis). For a matter of rising security issues on our webservers, the access is restricted and potential users are encouraged to contact us directly for specific applicaitons or collaboration.
