ELECTRON MICROSCOPY

The electron microscope JEOL 2200 FS is equipped with a FEG operated at 200keV a digital camera (GATAN CCD 4K*4K "US10001"). We can still record images on films and scan them with a high-resolution analysis

Cryo-EM grids are flash-frozen in a temperature and humidity controlled environment using a CP3 CryoPlunge (Gatan).

Activities proposed by the platform:

 - Cryo-EM,

- Tomography,

- Negative-stain,

 -high-resolution single particle imaging.
