Producing a functional mammalian protein often requires the use of a mammalian expression host to ensure appropriate posttranslational modifications (e.g., disulfide bonds, glycosylation, phosphorylation). The AFMB facility offers flexible options for mammalian protein expression from various mammalian cells (HEK, EBNA, HeLa, CHO).
