CRYSTALLISATION UNDER ANAEROBIC CONDITIONS

A facility enabling the isolation, purification and crystallisation of proteins for structural, kinetic or biophysical analysis in anaerobic environments. Proteins can be extracted directly from intact cells, purified, crystallised and cryo-preserved under oxygen-free environments.
